WEIGHT
To Increase Weight
  • Take dates with ghee or milk before having bed tea or soak whole grams in cow's milk in night & have it in morning or drink mixture of coriander juice & lemon juice in morning that purifies blood.
  • Taking crushed watermelon's seeds with rock sugar increase flesh of body.
Emaciation (Under weight)
  • Specially Use ghee, milk, butter, buttermilk, cream, banana, dates, udad dal, sweet potato.
  • Take digestive foods like chyawanprash, dry ginger, garlic, do excercise.
  • Taking betel leaf with 10 black pepper seeds & drinking water on it increases weight.
  • Sprinkle salt over ginger & have before taking food, to increase hunger.
Obesity
  • Have 1 lemon juice with honey or having basil leaves with ghee or buttermilk.

  • Sesame seed's oil reduce cholesterol.
  • Take 1 lemon's juice with honey or take basil leaves with ghee, curd or butter milk to reduce weight.
  • Eating apples only, also reduces weight.
  • Usually over eating cause obesity.
  • Some times thyroid, pregnancy, or heriditary problem cause obesity. Best cure for obesity is natural cure activities, regular diet, meditation, hard work, skiping, cycling, yoga, massage, steambath, katti bath.
  • Leg can't handle over weight & weakens heart & other part of body & finally result in severe injury.
  • Use fenugreek seeds, salad, fruits, raw vegetables, cholesterol free items, eat only when feel hungry, clean stomach properly, reduce use of salt & sugar.
  • Don't take excess dose of weight reducing pills.
  • Tomato, Pumelo (Grape fruits), boiled potato contains chemical called P-3, which helps to reduce weight.
