STOMACH
  • Ajwain & salt relieves stomach pain, loss of appetite & gastritis.
  • Drinking ginger & lemon juice with ½ tsp of pepper powder or sindhav salt relieves stomach pain.
  • Mint juice with honey cures various stomach diseases & chronic intestinal problem.
  • Put dry ginger powder in boiling water, cover it, & filter it when it cools, drink 5 tsp to cure swelling & pain of belly.
  • If the belly is swollen & if you suffer from stomachache then apply asafoetida paste around the navel & on the stomach or drink buttermilk with asafetida powder.
  • Mix 2 tsp of castor oil in milk containing sugar & drink it twice a day to cure various types of stomach diseases.
  • Mix little papadkhar in lemon juice & drink it to cure stomach pain & swelling.
ACIDITY
  • Sprinkle sugar & pepper on the piece of pineapple & eat.
  • Grind white onions, mix sugar & curd & eat it.
  • Have ketchup of cardamom, sugar & Kokum.
  • Have dry ginger, sugar cube & amla powder.
  • Have basil leaves either with curd or with buttermilk.
  • Have decoction of neem leaves & amla.
  • Have satavari powder along with honey.
  • Mixture of tender radish & sugar, or sugarcane juice or cold milk or carrot juice.
  • Take equal quantity of raisins & balharde & sugar mix & prepare tablets of this mixture (1tablet = wt of 1 rupee coin).
  • Add little sugar & 4-5 black pepper fried in ghee & powdered in 100 to 200 gms of milk & by drinking this milk in evening.
  • Drink lemon juice with sugar.
  • Drinking sugar & coriander seed mixed with water relieves burning sensation of stomach.
  • Drink milk or coconut water.
  • Drink decoction of black raisins, sugar, fennel seeds, coriander & garmaro jaggery.
  • Avoid tension, anger, jealousy, junk & contradicting food.
  • Sleep well.
  • Have 1 sp. Curd with soda-bi-carb in morning.
  • Sunashekhras, Traval, Kamdudharas, Shambhabhasma, Panchamrut, Amalikarsayan, Sankhavati, Madhasudarshanchurn, Trifala, Ardusi, Wheat saplings, fasting is effective.
  • Have 2gms of Kodibhasma sugar or avipitkarchurn with soda.
  • Have ganthoda & sugar powder.
  • Drink boiled milk with sugar & cardamon or ginger juice with lemon flower & black salt or bitter gourd juice with salt or pomegranate juice with sugar.
  • Have suran, fruits, vegetables & other digestible food, papadkhar with curd, garo or neem bark.
  • Have black raisins, sugar,garo, fennel seeds, jethimadh, pomegranate, banana, amla powder, syrup or sweet pickle.
  • 1 sp. Rasyanchurn with milk.
