SEXUAL WEAKNESS
  • Have nutritious foodstuff like milk, ghee, butter, udad.
  • Take massage using Ashwagandha or Gopal oil & exercise regularly.

  • Eat ginger piece sprinkled with salt, before meals.

  • Loss of appetite during summer season-Drink neero 2 to 3 glass a day.
BLOOD PRESSURE
  • Take 2 sp. lemon juice & 1 sp. honey in morning & at night.
  • Grinding garlic & drinking with milk gives good result in blood pressure.
  • Garlic is a perfect medicine for blood pressure.
  • To keep blood pressure in control, meditate for at least 5 min & 3 times a day.
  • Avoid intake of bananas, potato, orange, sweet lime etc & salt.
  • Taking food substances which are less starchy (sticky) & full of potassium.
  • Eat lots of fruits, pulses & dal everyday in good quantity.
ALLERGY (SIRAS)
  • Have ½ tsp of ajwain & 1tsp of jaggery. Then drink 2 tbsp of pure ghee. Avoid sour, bitter & spicy eatables & one which are vayukarak. Continue for 5 to 10 days.
BURNS & WOUNDS
  • Rub coconut oil or potato slice or tooth paste to avoid boils.
  • Apply cold tea or water.
  • Apply coconut shell ash mixed in coconut oil to cure burns.
