SEXUAL

Eat
ginger piece sprinkled with salt, before meals.

3gm of dry ginger with 10gm of jaggery & eat it regularly morning-evening.

of appetite during summer season-Drink neero 2 to 3 glass a day.

2 sp. lemon juice & 1 sp. honey in morning & at night.

garlic & drinking with milk gives good result in blood pressure.

of ajwain & 1tsp of jaggery. Then drink 2 tbsp of pure ghee. Avoid
sour, bitter & spicy eatables & one which are vayukarak. Continue
for 5 to 10 days.

- Rub coconut oil
or potato slice or tooth paste to avoid boils.
- Apply cold tea
or water.
- Apply coconut shell
ash mixed in coconut oil to cure burns.
