- Salt:-
It is light, laxative, and energetic. Hot salty water cures throat
swelling, paining. Cures tooth disease. Applying cloth dipped in its
water can reduce fever. Used in paste for boils. Its pills are used
in dry cough. Its water keep vegetables pure & fresh. Excess use
can reduce eye brightness, hair become white & starts falling,
increase B.P., cause skin disease. Rock-salt is good for health.

Turmeric:- It is bitter, spicy, and hot. Fresh turmeric is
more nutritious & having with salt is best before taking dine.
Purifies blood, improves skin colour, reduces pitt. For cough-with
milk, for Eyosonofils-with honey, Gargling of roasted turmeric is
also beneficial. Good for urine problem, skin disease, dysentery,
cold, lung's problem, jaundice, asthma, swelling, tonsil, utricaria.
Good when taken before food with ginger, lemon.

Cloves:-
Hot in nature but ripe fruit is cool generate heat in the body, cause
hunger. Cures cough, stickiness of mouth, asthma, vomiting, tooth
& stomach pain, tympontities, indigestion, applied on forehead
for headache.
