Gundar Pak (without Milk)
Ingredients:
250gm Gundar (Eatable Gum)
400 gm Wheat flour.
400 gm Sugar.
400 gm Ghee.

00 gm Desiccated coconut.
25 gm Dried Ginger powder (sunth)
25 gm Ganthoda powder.
5 gm Cardamom powder.
Method
:
Crush gundar into small granules.
Fry them in ghee & keep aside.
Take ghee in a pan & roast wheat flour in it till golden brown.
Then add sugar, fried gundar, sunth, ganthoda, coconut & cardamom powder in flour.
When done, put it in the dish greased properly with ghee.
When cooled, make square pieces & its ready to eat.
