Sitaphal Ice cream
Ingredients:
  • 1lt. Milk.
  • 11tbsp sugar.
  • 2tbsp cornflour.
  • 1 tea sp.china grass.
  • 4tbsp milk powder.
  • 1cup cream.
  • ¾ tea sp. Vanilla essence.
  • 1cup sitaphal.
Method:
  • Boil milk to half.
  • Add sugar in it after 15 mins.
  • Boil for 5 mins.
  • Mix cornflour in cold milk and boil it for 10 mins.
  • Add china grass mixed in cold milk.
  • Mix milk powder in water & add it.
  • When milk colds add cream in it.
  • Grind sitaphal in the mixer & make pulp from it.
  • Churn it in the grinder for 1 sec.
  • Keep it the aluminum ice cream tray & keep it to set in the refrigerator.
  • When ice cream sets add cream in it & churn it till becomes soft.
  • Keep it again in the refrigerator for setting.
Note:
  • For 1lt. Milk take 4 big custard apple.
  • If taken half of the ingredients will serve only 7 to 8 persons.
  • Add custard apple in the milk to remove the seeds from it.
  • If you add only cornflour in the ice cream then take 4tbsp.
  • Black grapes ice cream can be made in the same method.
