34) Sleepiness
Before sleeping wash hands-legs with cold water and rub ghee on the foot sole and forehead to get sound sleep.
Take 1/4th part of a nut meg along with water to get sound sleep.
You get sound sleep by eating onion salad at night.
By taking pepper root powder and by rubbing castor oil on the feet's you get sound sleep.
By eating jaggery along with pepper powder and by drinking warm milk on it you get sound sleep.
Roast tender brinjal, mix it in honey and take it will sleeping to get sound sleep.
By drinking a cold juice of fennel seeds, milk and sugar you get sound sleep.
Put nut meg, pepper root and sugar in milk and heat it. Drink this milk while sleeping to get sound sleep.
Grind 2-3 gms of poppy seeds. By taking this grinded poppy seeds with sugar and honey or with sugar and ghee while sleeping you get sound sleep.
Due to over thinking, indigestion and old age when the gas trouble increases, you don't get sound sleep, at that time, by eating 2 gms of pepper root powder along with jaggery or ghee, helps to get sound sleep.
Boil milk by adding sugar and pepper root powder in it and drink this milk to get sound sleep.
By licking honey while sleeping at night you go to bed early.
